What Quantoz does, explained

Accounts & stablecoins.One regulated platform.

Collect and move money through bank-connected accounts. Issue stablecoins directly to wallets. Redeem them with Quantoz, the regulated issuer.

A bank connects through Quantoz to two distinct destinations: an account and a wallet holding euro and dollar tokens.

What is the difference between account money and stablecoins?

Your Quantoz account holds electronic money. Quantoz stablecoins are electronic money tokens on public blockchains: a type of crypto-asset under MiCA, also treated as electronic money. Both are issued against funds received. Explore the tokens.

Is this a bank account, and how is the money protected?

It is an e-money account, not a bank deposit. Deposit guarantee schemes do not apply. Customer funds are safeguarded separately from Quantoz's own assets. Quantoz Payments is an Electronic Money Institution supervised by DNB. Safeguarding explained.

Do I need a blockchain wallet or an exchange?

Not for payments between Quantoz accounts. To receive on-chain tokens, you need a compatible blockchain wallet. Direct issuance uses a verified address you control and requires no exchange purchase. How issuance works.

How do tokens become bank money again?

Redeem with Quantoz at face value in the token's own currency: 1 EURQ = €1; 1 USDQ = $1. The redemption right applies at any time. Direct redemption requires verification; bank payout follows processing times. Currency conversion is separate. Redemption details.

What does it cost?

Pricing follows your money flow: collection fees, fixed charges for individual minting, and annual or volume-based arrangements for network liquidity. Embedded partnerships have agreed commercial terms. Issuer redemption is at par without a redemption fee; conversion, banking and network charges can apply separately. Explore our pricing models.

Which currencies and networks can I use?

Support differs by token, network, account and access method. Confirm the combination needed for your payment flow. View tokens and network identifiers.

Does holding the money earn interest?

No. Holding Quantoz e-money or its tokens does not earn interest. Any separate investment has its own returns, risks and terms.
