FAQs

Before your first integration.

Who owns the account behind an agent?

The verified person or business. The agent acts on their behalf. Quantoz's Know Your Agent approach identifies the beneficiary behind the agent. Read the KYA explanation.

How does money enter and leave?

Fund the account by bank transfer. Merchants receive an account balance or tokens according to the payment route. Bank payout is a separate step.

Do agents or merchants need crypto wallets?

Not for payments between Quantoz e-money accounts. On-chain payments need compatible wallets, the supported token and network. How token issuance works.

What about AP2, ACP and Visa TAP?

AP2 focuses on payment authorisation, ACP on checkout, and Visa TAP on agent identity. Discuss the protocol your product uses with Quantoz.

What should we agree before launch?

Owner verification, permissions, approval rules, supported payment routes, merchant acceptance and pricing. Service and network fees depend on the chosen flow. Discuss your requirements.
