Redemption explainedOpen and verify a Quantoz account, then connect and verify a blockchain address you control. Fund your account in euros over SEPA. Individuals use the Quantoz Wallet app; businesses use the web portal. Account availability depends on eligibility and verification.
Explore the accountThe Quantoz Wallet app accesses your regulated e-money account. Issued tokens are held in a separate blockchain wallet you control, either self-hosted or with a custodian. You instruct the onward transfer from that wallet.
How the account and wallet connectFor wallet transfers, a compatible blockchain wallet is enough to receive tokens. To turn them into bank money, the recipient needs access to an eligible redemption, exchange or payout service. Direct redemption with Quantoz requires verification and a bank account in the holder's name.
For wallet transfers, both wallets must support the same token on the same network. Available currencies and networks differ by service. Receiving tokens does not guarantee account eligibility or access to local-currency payout in a particular country.
Tokens & supported networks Check your routeFor the wallet route, no exchange purchase is needed: Quantoz issues new tokens directly to your connected wallet. Quantoz redeems its own tokens. Exchanging other crypto-assets requires an appropriately authorised provider.
Yes. Use the recipient's account code for transfers that settle within the Quantoz platform in under a second, 24/7. This is separate from public blockchain transfers and bank withdrawals.
