Common questions

Before we
build together.

Do our customers need Quantoz accounts?

Customers using embedded account services are onboarded directly with Quantoz. Simply receiving tokens in a compatible blockchain wallet is different and does not itself require an account. See how accounts and wallets connect.

Which regulatory responsibilities stay with us?

Quantoz operates its regulated e-money services. Any additional permissions and obligations depend on your role, product and markets. We map these together before launch.

Can a customer withdraw partner permissions?

Yes. Permissions are recorded for the customer's profile. The customer can contact Quantoz to withdraw them. The integration guide explains consent and delegated access.

How are pricing and launch timing agreed for an embedded integration?

Pricing, enabled services and the implementation plan are agreed around your customer journey, expected activity and required markets. The agreement defines Quantoz's services and charges. Where you provide the checkout, you retain your merchant relationship and set your own merchant pricing. Explore the pricing models or discuss your integration.
