How do I open an account?

Download the Quantoz Wallet app and complete registration and identity verification. Availability depends on your jurisdiction. For a business account, contact the team to arrange onboarding.

Do I need a blockchain wallet?

You can use your Quantoz account for account payments without one. To hold EURQ or USDQ on a blockchain, connect a compatible wallet or arrange a custodian address. Direct issuance requires a verified address.

How do I add or withdraw money?

Fund from your own bank account using the instructions provided for your account. Supported rails include SEPA for euros and SWIFT for dollars. Withdrawals return to your verified own bank account; bank processing times apply.

Does redemption include currency conversion?

No. EURQ is redeemable at €1 and USDQ at $1 per token. Converting between euros and dollars is a separate foreign exchange transaction. See redemption information for the process.

What about fees and other crypto-assets?

Service fees depend on the applicable terms and account agreement; blockchain transactions can also incur network fees. Exchanging into assets Quantoz does not issue is provided by third parties under their own terms. See the account and token terms.
