Fees

1) Issuance and redemption fees

A bank transaction fee might apply.

2) Additional Services and Fees
If fees are based in whole or part upon the time spent by QP performing a service on your behalf, we must obtain your written consent before performing the service. Invoicing will be done after delivery of the service if not otherwise agreed.

3) Payment Terms
The billing of additional services will be done monthly with a payment term of 14 days after invoicing. All payments may be made in EURD. All fees stated are, unless the context requires otherwise, stated exclusive of any applicable value added taxes, which will be added to those amounts and payable by you to us.
